Wyoming advocates were looking for a facilitator that could help us
bring a diverse group of individuals together to form a coalition to
support children's issues, we were referred to Kim. We contacted Kim
less than a month prior to our retreat and were amazed at her ability
to help us develop and implement a plan. The guidance, expertise and
direction Kim provided allowed us to form a coalition that is strong
and continues to grow."
have many superb skills and the heart and passion to be successful in

"Kim Friedman was hired by the School for International Training
as an external evaluator for the CRADLE II (Cultural Responsiveness and
Dual Language Education) Project, a program for Early Head Start
professionals nationwide. In this role, she had to work
with various forms of data including conference call notes, action plans
and training feedback forms to assess the effectiveness of the project
and the 20 Early Head Start teams which participated in the project. Kim
not only did an excellent job of collating and presenting the
information is a clear and concise manner, her insights as an evaluator
were remarkable and invaluable. Our only regret is that we won’t have an opportunity to turn her evaluation into a redesign for CRADLE III."

organization recently had the good fortune and pleasure to work with
Kim Friedman in updating our strategic plan. Kim is insightful,
resourceful and skilled at bringing divergent groups together. She came
to our sessions well-prepared and able to guide us into creating a
useful document. In short, Kim was an amazing asset to have on board."
"I was impressed with your ability to organize the wide range of information the New England Youth Theater has to deal with and keep our group on track and moving forward. With lots of people with lots to say, we could have rambled on for a long time without accomplishing much. I especially appreciated how you gently moved a couple of people to sit down when they began to overly assert themselves. In addition to being a wonderful facilitator, your insights into how organizations grow were invaluable. Many
people walked away saying we had accomplished more than we had hoped
for and had a far more enjoyable day than one could have imagine. Hopefully we will have another retreat and you can lead us."
"You have many fans here at the Harvard Family Research Project. We marvel at your great efficiency and organization, your focused and probing intellectual curiosity, and we admire your deep commitment to the research. We have learned a lot from your keen and penetrating analysis--all those great continua, typologies and cross-case observations--and your well-honed ability to move inductively to higher level patterns."
